Wheelies, a trading name of Baboodle Limited ("we", "us"), operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Wheelies is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit, use or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.

• Device and usage information - device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Services.

• Providing the Services - processing payments and subscriptions, arranging delivery and returns, managing exchanges and repairs, maintaining your account, recommending the right size, and sending service notifications.

Sizing measurements are entered by you about your child solely to recommend the right bike. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Security and retention

No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security" - please avoid sending sensitive information over unsecured channels. We retain personal information as long as needed to run your subscription, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. As a UK resident you may also object to or restrict our processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Exercise these rights by contacting us below; we may need to verify your identity, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising them. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe link; we may still send non-promotional service emails.

Contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve things. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time.
