Delivery

Delivery is free, across the UK. In-stock bikes are typically with you within days - you'll see the estimate before you confirm, and for exchanges you pick the delivery day. Every bike arrives ready to ride bar five minutes: straighten the bars, check the saddle height, done. A simple guide is in the box.

Returns

Returns are free too after your initial renal period is complete. Whenever a bike needs to come back - an exchange, ending your subscription, or our 30-day fit promise - we email your return pack: a prepaid label, packing tips and drop-off options. Any bike box works, and no cleaning is needed; normal wear is expected and covered.

• You have 14 days to send a bike back once your return pack is issued.
• For exchanges, you keep the current bike until the new one arrives - no bike-less gap.
• Billing stops, and any final adjustment is taken, only when the returned bike is scanned at the parcel point.

The 30-day fit promise

If the size isn't right when it arrives, we swap it free within 30 days of delivery - no fee, no adjustment.
