Exchanges

6-month minimum on every bike. After that, exchange or return whenever you like: free at the end of your plan, and before that your months are simply re-billed at the rate matching the time you kept the bike - never more than finishing your plan would cost. Wrong size? Swap free within 30 days.
Damage & theft

Normal wear - scratches, scuffs, worn tyres - is completely fine and covered. Damage beyond normal use is repaired at cost. Add Laka insurance for £4/month and theft and accidental damage are covered too.
Delivery & returns

Free delivery in 2–4 working days, 95% assembled - pedals and handlebars are a 5-minute job with the tools included. Returns are always free, and you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.

They'll outgrow it. That's the plan.

Most children outgrow a size within a year or so. When they do, exchange to the next one in two minutes - free at the end of your plan, and never more than a small fair adjustment before it.

Outgrown it? Swap to the next size from your account - free at the end of your plan, and never more than a small fair adjustment before it. The new bike arrives before the old one goes back.
