Your bike arrives within 5 working days, 95% assembled. Fit the pedals and handlebars - a genuine 5-minute job with the two tools in the box and a 90-second video.
Ride it like you own it

Outgrown it? Request the next size from your account in two minutes. The new bike arrives first, then we collect the old one free - they're never without wheels.

Exchange free, whenever you're ready. New bike delivered first, old one collected free.
No fee - your months are simply re-billed at the rate matching the time you kept the bike. Typically £14–£23, never more than finishing your plan.
Every bike stays a minimum of 6 months. Wrong size? Free swap within 30 days.
You only ever pay the rate for the time you kept the bike.
